Osobn\u00ed zku\u0161enost s v\u00fdukou v\u0161ak \u010dasto odhal\u00ed mnohem drsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed realitu: <strong>vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed neexistuje ve vzduchopr\u00e1zdnu.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Anal\u00fdza syst\u00e9mov\u00fdch bari\u00e9r, kter\u00fdm studenti \u010del\u00ed, ukazuje, \u017ee zat\u00edmco u\u010ditel\u00e9 hraj\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli, m\u00fdtus o \u201evelk\u00e9m vyrovn\u00e1va\u010di\u201c nedok\u00e1\u017ee rozpoznat hlubok\u00fd dopad faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 existuj\u00ed za zdmi \u0161koly. <\/p>\n<h3>M\u00fdtus o rovn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech<\/h3>\n<p>My\u0161lenka, \u017ee \u0161koly samy mohou vy\u0159e\u0161it soci\u00e1ln\u00ed nerovnost, je p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed, ale myln\u00e1 myln\u00e1 p\u0159edstava. P\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed s kumulativn\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky stability bydlen\u00ed, p\u0159\u00edstupu ke zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di, v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b, p\u0159\u00edjmu rodiny a bezpe\u010d\u00ed sv\u00e9 komunity.&#8221; <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Limity schopnost\u00ed u\u010ditele<\/h3>\n<p>U\u010ditel\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00fd den prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed to, co vypad\u00e1 jako z\u00e1zraky, aby podpo\u0159ili r\u016fst a inspirovali sv\u00e9 studenty. Jejich vliv m\u00e1 v\u0161ak z\u00e1sadn\u00ed limit. U\u010ditel m\u016f\u017ee poskytnout skv\u011bl\u00e9 znalosti, ale nem\u016f\u017ee snadno kompenzovat hlad d\u00edt\u011bte, nedostatek p\u0159\u00edst\u0159e\u0161\u00ed nebo nedostatek p\u0159\u00edstupu k l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010di. <\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e p\u0159edstavujeme vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed jako jedin\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed chudoby, klademe na vychovatele a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed instituce nemo\u017en\u00e9 b\u0159emeno. Tato myln\u00e1 p\u0159edstava ignoruje skute\u010dnost, \u017ee <strong>nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pokrok pro studenty nast\u00e1v\u00e1, kdy\u017e syst\u00e9my obklopuj\u00edc\u00ed \u0161kolu funguj\u00ed soudr\u017en\u011b a podporuj\u00ed pr\u00e1ci, kter\u00e1 v n\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<h3>Dva zp\u016fsoby rozvoje budoucnosti<\/h3>\n<p>Jak se diskuse o \u201eselh\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zintenziv\u0148uj\u00ed \u2013 zejm\u00e9na v d\u016fsledku pandemie COVID-19 \u2013 objevily se dva odli\u0161n\u00e9 trendy. <\/p>\n<h4>1. Cesta nad\u011bje: M\u00edstn\u00ed partnerstv\u00ed<\/h4>\n<p>Roste pohyb sm\u011brem k \u201em\u00edstn\u00edm partnerstv\u00edm\u201c. Tyto iniciativy uzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee k podpo\u0159e d\u00edt\u011bte mus\u00edme podporovat cel\u00fd jeho ekosyst\u00e9m. Spojen\u00edm zdravotnictv\u00ed, bydlen\u00ed, m\u00edstn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy a filantropie mohou organizace vytvo\u0159it s\u00ed\u0165 podpory od kol\u00e9bky ke kari\u00e9\u0159e.<br>\n&#8211; <strong>P\u0159\u00edklady:<\/strong> <em>Harlem Children\u2019s Zone<\/em>, <em>StriveTogether<\/em> a <em>Boston Children\u2019s Council<\/em>.<br>\n&#8211; <strong>C\u00edl:<\/strong> Upevnit prost\u0159ed\u00ed kolem \u0161koly tak, aby d\u011bti p\u0159ich\u00e1zely do t\u0159\u00eddy p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 se u\u010dit. <\/p>\n<h4>2. V n\u011bkter\u00fdch regionech se to odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed v podpo\u0159e univerz\u00e1ln\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch spo\u0159ic\u00edch \u00fa\u010dt\u016f (ESA), kde je \u201esvoboda volby\u201c nab\u00edzena jako \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f.<br>\n&#8211; <strong>Riziko:<\/strong> I kdy\u017e jsou tato opat\u0159en\u00ed propagov\u00e1na jako posiluj\u00edc\u00ed, mohou od\u010derp\u00e1vat zdroje z velmi ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch instituc\u00ed, na kter\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161ina student\u016f spol\u00e9h\u00e1, \u200b\u200ba potenci\u00e1ln\u011b podkop\u00e1vat ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jako demokratick\u00fd pil\u00ed\u0159. <\/p>\n<h3>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h3>\n<p>Cesta ke skute\u010dn\u00e9 rovnosti nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v ru\u0161en\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch \u0161kol, ale v jejich pos\u00edlen\u00ed.
