Pro\u010d? <\/p>\n<h3>Obt\u00ed\u017enost p\u0159edpov\u011bdi zimn\u00edho po\u010das\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f po\u010das\u00ed je v\u017edy n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1, ale zimn\u00ed bou\u0159e p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed jedine\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy. Hlavn\u00edm d\u016fvodem je slo\u017eit\u00e1 interakce atmosf\u00e9rick\u00fdch sil: st\u0159et arktick\u00e9ho vzduchu s vlhk\u00fdmi syst\u00e9my. Kdy\u017e se tyto prvky spoj\u00ed, produkuj\u00ed sn\u00edh, pl\u00edskanice nebo led, ale <em>kde<\/em> a <em>jak<\/em> k tomu dojde, je neust\u00e1le se m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed c\u00edl. <\/p>\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u00e1 nep\u0159edv\u00eddatelnost bou\u0159e souvis\u00ed s t\u00edm, zda se hmota studen\u00e9ho vzduchu z Arktidy \u201esynchronizuje\u201c se syst\u00e9mem n\u00edzk\u00e9ho tlaku, kter\u00fd se pohybuje od v\u00fdchodu. Pokud se tyto syst\u00e9my spoj\u00ed, zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed intenzitu bou\u0159e a zm\u011bn\u00ed jej\u00ed dr\u00e1hu. A co je je\u0161t\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed, syst\u00e9my s vysokou atmosf\u00e9rou nad Alja\u0161kou ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 po\u010das\u00ed. V podstat\u011b mnoho prom\u011bnn\u00fdch konverguje, co\u017e zt\u011b\u017euje p\u0159esn\u00e9 p\u0159edpov\u011bdi. <\/p>\n<h3>Jak modely po\u010das\u00ed funguj\u00ed (a pro\u010d se li\u0161\u00ed)<\/h3>\n<p>Meteorologov\u00e9 se p\u0159i simulaci chov\u00e1n\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ry spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na sofistikovan\u00e9 po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 modely. Americk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed meteorologick\u00e1 slu\u017eba a Evropsk\u00e9 centrum pro st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e9 p\u0159edpov\u011bdi po\u010das\u00ed (ECMWF) pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 modely, kter\u00e9 mohou p\u0159in\u00e9st r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky. ECMWF je obecn\u011b pova\u017eov\u00e1n za p\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale <em>v\u0161echny<\/em> modely jsou p\u0159ibli\u017en\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Tyto modely nep\u0159edpov\u00eddaj\u00ed budoucnost dokonale, proto\u017ee se spol\u00e9haj\u00ed na hodnocen\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00fdch fyzik\u00e1ln\u00edch proces\u016f v atmosf\u00e9\u0159e. R\u016fzn\u00e9 meteorologick\u00e9 agentury up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 metody modelov\u00e1n\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na region\u00e1ln\u00edch pov\u011btrnostn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch. Nap\u0159\u00edklad USA se soust\u0159ed\u00ed na p\u0159edpov\u011b\u010f torn\u00e1d, zat\u00edmco Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed se zam\u011b\u0159uje na jin\u00e9 jevy. <\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 kvalita dat. Pravideln\u00e9 starty meteorologick\u00fdch bal\u00f3n\u016f poskytuj\u00ed \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 sn\u00edmky atmosf\u00e9ry, ale nedostatek person\u00e1lu a probl\u00e9my s vybaven\u00edm v n\u011bkter\u00fdch oblastech (jako je Alja\u0161ka) mohou sn\u00ed\u017eit rozli\u0161en\u00ed dat. Navzdory t\u011bmto omezen\u00edm poskytuje pou\u017eit\u00ed \u0159ady model\u016f lep\u0161\u00ed vhled do potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159\u016f. Jak se bou\u0159e bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, vzory se sbli\u017euj\u00ed, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b dojde k d\u0159\u00edve ob\u00e1van\u00e9 \u201esynchronizaci\u201c. <\/p>\n<h3>Nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00e1 povaha Bou\u0159kov\u00e9ho p\u00e1su<\/h3>\n<p>I kdy\u017e se progn\u00f3zy zlep\u0161uj\u00ed, m\u00edstn\u00ed odchylky z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Mal\u00e9 zm\u011bny teploty nebo proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu mohou m\u00edt v\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv na zem. <\/p>\n<h3>Co o\u010dek\u00e1vat<\/h3>\n<p>Vzhledem k t\u00e9to nejistot\u011b by lid\u00e9 posti\u017een\u00ed bou\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli o\u010dek\u00e1vat m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se p\u0159edpov\u011bdi. I kdy\u017e se p\u0159edpov\u011bdi s bl\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edmi se ud\u00e1lostmi zp\u0159es\u0148uj\u00ed, st\u00e1le jsou mo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed.
