V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee lid\u00e9, jejich\u017e stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky se \u0159\u00eddily t\u011bmito vzory, m\u011bli o 18 a\u017e 24 % ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost \u00famrt\u00ed z jak\u00e9koli p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed sk\u00f3re kvality stravy, a to i po kontrole faktor\u016f \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu, jako je kou\u0159en\u00ed, cvi\u010den\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed. <\/p>\n<h3>V\u00fdhody pro dlouhov\u011bkost<\/h3>\n<p>Pro \u017eeny to znamenalo 1,5 a\u017e 2,3 roku \u017eivota nav\u00edc; pro mu\u017ee &#8211; od 1,9 do t\u0159\u00ed let. Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed publikovan\u00e1 v <em>Science Advances<\/em> potvrzuj\u00ed dlouhodobou, ale nyn\u00ed kvantifikovanou souvislost mezi v\u00fdb\u011brem potravin a dlouhov\u011bkost\u00ed. To je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, proto\u017ee zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee <em>jak<\/em> j\u00edte, je stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jako <em>co<\/em> j\u00edte. Studie nen\u00ed o restriktivn\u00edch diet\u00e1ch; jde o d\u016fslednou konzumaci potravin bohat\u00fdch na \u017eiviny. <\/p>\n<h3>P\u011bt dietn\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f, na kter\u00fdch z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>P\u011bt identifikovan\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch vzorc\u016f nebyly rigidn\u00ed pl\u00e1ny jako keto nebo paleo, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e akademick\u00e9 ukazatele zdrav\u00e9ho stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Zahrnovaly:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Alternativn\u00ed index zdrav\u00e9 v\u00fd\u017eivy:<\/strong> Up\u0159ednost\u0148uje potraviny, o kter\u00fdch je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00ed chronick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Alternativn\u00ed st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e1 strava:<\/strong> Variace tradi\u010dn\u00ed st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e9 stravy p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00fdm populac\u00edm. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Index zdrav\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 stravy:<\/strong> Zd\u016fraz\u0148uje potraviny rostlinn\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 omezuje spot\u0159ebu \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch produkt\u016f. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Dietn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k zabr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed hypertenze (DASH):<\/strong> Navr\u017eeno ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed krevn\u00edho tlaku prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zdrav\u00fdch potravin pro srdce. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Dieta na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika diabetu:<\/strong> Zam\u011b\u0159uje se na potraviny s n\u00edzk\u00fdm glykemick\u00fdm indexem ke stabilizaci hladiny cukru v krvi. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Je pozoruhodn\u00e9, \u017ee strava bohat\u00e1 na vl\u00e1kninu byla siln\u011b spojena s del\u0161\u00edm \u017eivotem a nadm\u011brn\u00e1 konzumace cukru korelovala se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem \u00famrtnosti. <\/p>\n<h3>Genetika a s\u00edla volby<\/h3>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee studie zohlednila i genetickou predispozici k dlouhov\u011bkosti. I kdy\u017e lidem s genetickou predispozic\u00ed k del\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotu prosp\u011bla i zdrav\u00e1 strava, efekt byl m\u00e9n\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00fd ne\u017e u lid\u00ed se slab\u0161\u00edm genetick\u00fdm faktorem. To zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee strava m\u016f\u017ee \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b kompenzovat nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 faktory. <\/p>\n<h3>Omezen\u00ed v\u00fdzkumu a praktick\u00e9 rady<\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci uzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed, \u017ee vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed faktory (jako je p\u0159\u00edstup ke zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di a zdravotn\u00ed pov\u011bdom\u00ed) nelze zcela vylou\u010dit a v\u00fdsledky se nemus\u00ed pln\u011b vztahovat na jin\u00e9 populace ne\u017e Spojen\u00e9 kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed. Odborn\u00edci se v\u0161ak shoduj\u00ed, \u017ee velk\u00fd vzorek prop\u016fj\u010duje z\u00e1v\u011br\u016fm studie d\u016fv\u011bryhodnost. <\/p>\n<p>Nakonec je poselstv\u00ed jasn\u00e9: i kdy\u017e se p\u0159esn\u00e9 zisky v d\u00e9lce \u017eivota mohou li\u0161it, d\u016fsledn\u00e9 zdrav\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b prodlou\u017e\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot.
